It is one of the developers and sole-proprietors of a highly innovative media technology, a content delivery medium available for mobile phones and other mobile devices. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of a leading company and listed in the Singapore Stock Exchange.
Core Functions:
· Leading a small team of IT Developers in solution architect, project development and maintenance
· Enhance the existing award winning media technology server to incorporate additional functions like CRM, integration with ERP systems, improve the product’s time to market, scalability etc
· Provide services to customers according to the Service Level Agreement
· Support in the presales activities
Requirements and Skills needed:
· Experience in the leading of a small team of IT developers is mandatory.
· At least 5 years of working experience in the following technological areas:-Languages: Java, Java ScriptDatabase: MySQLImplementation Platforms: Linux and Various versions of WindowsDevelopment Process: SDLCMiddleware: Version Control Other Tools: Testing tools, Project Management tools and other relevant tools for developmentpurposes
· Experience in the development of CRM is highly preferable
· Experience in the managing of an overseas development team would be a plus
· A team player and a team leader
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Good analytical skills, able to attend to details

The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, promotes sustainable private sector investment in developing countries as a way to reduce poverty and improve people’s lives. To support this mandate, the IFC has established a technical assistance program to support local SME’s along the following areas: access to finance, agribusiness linkages, sustainability, infrastructure and business enabling environment. To further its work, IFC is currently looking for an Operations Analyst to support its Business Enabling Environment (BEE) and Access to Finance (A2F) teams.
Operations Analyst
The Analyst will support BEE and A2F Program managers and Task Leaders, and the Philippine Advisory Services (AS) team in business development work, program implementation, monitoring pipeline activities, and in the overall execution of advisory services.
The Analyst’s main role will be to conduct research and analyze a variety of specific economic, financial, country or sector topics and issues as may be required, draft reports and presentations, participate in project design, implementation and management, and lead project measurement and evaluation for IFC BEE and A2F projects. The Analyst will be guided by the BEE and A2F Program Manager with support from the IFC Philippines Advisory Services head. The Analyst will be required to work with the task leaders and a team of international and local consultants selected to ensure that high-quality inputs are delivered in the most effective and timely manner.
Duties and responsibilities:
The Analyst will provide assistance to the officers in a variety of different changing tasks which include but are not limited to:
Conduct research to identify and prioritize policy problems/issues that affect SME entry and SME growth in the marketplace, potential new areas of business, carrying out original research, documenting good practices and preparing case studies and background papers;
Research and do economic analysis of various issues that the Philippine Advisory Services may be concern with;
Support the development of policy notes to help communicate and advocate the objectives of the business lines, preparation of strategy papers, concept and learning notes, project cards, materials for presentation and trainings and any other documents as needed;
Develop a base of information on donor and local business development initiatives, including SME finance reform efforts, training and deregulations;
Take minutes of key meetings and follow up on commitments and agreements to ensure that they are implemented.
Selection criteria:
The qualified candidate will have the following core characteristics:
§ Graduate degree preferably in Economics, Finance or related specialty;
§ Five or more years’ relevant technical experience in at least one of the following areas: policy analysis, business regulation, and policy advocacy;
